This varied role requires someone with customer focus and excellent communication skills, who has flexible approach to work, and understands the importance of providing a professional service to customers. With strong logical reasoning and ability to interpret detailed information, you will have a knack for influencing people and finding solutions in a fast paced environment

Your area of responsibility: 

•  Taking care of customer enquiries via email and/ or phone, assessing individual problems and taking  appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met

•  Reporting on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers to the specialized departments or CS Management

•  Escalating suspicious customer activities – to the CS Management and Compliance Department

•  Maintaining in-depth knowledge about products and Standard Operating Procedures
 

Qualifications

 Your Profile:

•  Excellent written and verbal German skills •  English language skills to business standard

•  The ability to perform well in a challenging environment

•  Strong analytical skills
